Special rotisserie chicken with oregano


Ingredients:
* 1 large chicken about 2-3 lbs
* 1 1/2 tsp sea salt
* 1 tablespoon pepper
* 2 tsp dried oregano
* 2 tsp paprika
* 1 tsp cumin
* 2 tsp garlic powder
* 4 tablespoon canola oil
* 2 tsp adabo spices with pepper ( find it in Spanishs isle )
* 4 tables spoon of water
* 2 tablespoon butter

Methods:
- wash chicken well and let it dried for few minutes
-  then place the chicken in baking sheet or aluminum container big enough for chicken
- in small ball, mix salt, pepper, oregano, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, oil adabo spices and water
- pour the mix spices all over the chicken and rub the spice over the skin and inside chicken about 5 minutes
- use a fork, and make lots of hole in skin breast, thighs and legs
- take extra sauce and pour over the chicken as many as you likes for more flavor
- marinate the chicken overnight or 4-5 hours
- bake chicken in the oven in low heat  about 3 hours and spread the butter over the skin
- check chicken every 20 minutes and pour some extra sauce or the meat
- after 1 hour later flip chicken the other side
- another 1 hour again flip the chicken
- the last 1 hour left broil the chicken until golden brown and skin becomes crispy
- and serve with potato or rice
