Kefta Mkaouara { Tagine beefballs with eggs }

Kefta Mkaouara is famous dish in morocco with tomato sauce. Since I am not a big fan of tomato so i used only 1 tomato. you can use any ground meat as you like. 



( the video inspired me, so i made Tagine beef balls in my way 
but you learn preparing Tagine from this video so much )

Ingredients:
* 1/2 lb ground beef
* 3 eggs
* 1 onion - chopped very small 
* 1 tomato - chopped
* 1/4 cup olive oil
* 3 gloves garlic - chopped 
* 1/2 tsp cumin
* 1/4 tsp paprika
* 1 tsp salt
* 1 pepper 
* 1/2 tsp ginger powder
* 1/2 tsp turmeric
* 1 cup cilantro and parsley - chopped very small 
* water

Method
- in Tagine clay or use cooking pot, cook chopped onion and garlic with olive oil until soft and caramelize. then add chopped tomato and some cilantro parsley. 
- mean while, preparing meat balls, in a medium bowl. place ground beef with cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, ginger powder, turmeric and chopped remaining parsley cilantro
- combine beef ball with spices very well, then make a small a beef ball. repeat for all
- drop beef balls in the tagine mix onion. add little water, cook for few minutes until tender then drop eggs over the kefta. cover the tagine and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
- serve with bread.
