Classic Pound Cake


Ingredients:
* 5 eggs
* 2 sticks butter
* 1 stick margarine
* 3 cup sugar
* 3 cup flour
* 1/2 tsp kosher salt
* 1 cup whole milk
* 1/2 tsp baking powder

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degree
-  spray the pan " angle cake pan " with oil
- making the cake batter, in a bowl add the egg, and sugar. blend them until foaming almost white color. 
- then add butter and margarine. blend again for 2 minutes and add all the rest ingredients together. blend again for about 5 minutes.
- transfer the pound cake batter over the angle cake pan that already spray with oil. bake it in the over about 1 1/2 hours depending your oven.
- serve with your favorite jam or homemade syrup.
