Rosemary Roasted Potatoes



Ingredients:
* 5 red medium potatoes
* 2 tsp fresh or dried Rosemary ( crumble )
* 3 gloves garlic ( chopped )
* 1 tsp salt
* 1/2 tsp pepper
* 1/4 cup virgin olive oil

Instructions:
- heat the oven to 350 degree
- wash potatoes in cold water, cut in small bite size. set a side
- preparing for dressing, in a medium bowl. combine dried Rosemary, chopped garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil. set a side
- in a baking sheet. place sizes potatoes and pour the dressing over the potatoes in the baking sheet. mix well with your hand. make sure all potatoes have oil.
- place it in the oven. cook for about 25 minutes until tender. check time after time 
- once it cooks remove them from the baking sheet and serve with bread, salad, rice or soup. 
- enjoy rosemary potatoes.
