ingredients: - 8 cooked whole egg ( cut small pieces ) - 10 slices salami ( cut small pieces ) - 1 cup a good quality mayo - 1/2 cup extra olive oil - 1 tsp a good paprika powder - 1 tsp ginger powder - 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 stick celery ( dice very small )
- 4 long hero breads
instructions:
- in a medium bowl, add mayo, oil, paprika, garlic powder, and salt. mix until all combine together. then add chopped egg, salami and dice celery. fold them until all the ingredient incorporate. place it in the refrigerator at least 1 hour before serve.
- cut a hero bread in the middle, take 3 tablespoon of egg salad place it over the bread. do to all 4 bread.
- grill sandwiches in the pan for both side so get crispy texture.
- serve with salad but i don't have it.
Friday menu for my toddler " CORN DOGS " , it was easy and fast food COOKING MY WAY at home. so impossible no to mess up this menu...it is fun food for children's party, play dates and movie night. it's quick, full of meat and delicious snack for kids.
My 9 years old son love eating fast food anything from fried chicken, gyro to sandwiches. a cooking fast food at home isn't easy sometime to get the same taste as outside because your toddle tell you if they hate it. this time i made the score because they like my corn dog. I cook with my way. Hope you kids like it too. Ingredients: * 1 cup yellow cornmeal * 1 cup all purpose flour * 2 tsp baking powder * 1 tsp sugar * 1 tsp salt * 1 cup whole milk * 1 tsp vinegar * 2 eggs * 10 - 15 beef hot dogs - oil for frying - wood skewers - 1 tablespoon extra flour Methods: - preheat the frying pams - In a medium bowl, mix all dry ingredients and add wet ingredients. Whisk the batter until smooth and no lump, let a side for 2 minutes while you prepared hot dogs - Take the wood skewer one by one, place each skewer to the hot dogs. repeat steps until finished. - extra flour, place on plate for - heat the frying pan with enough oil to cover the corn dog. place a few hot dog in the cooking oil. cooked them until brown. remove and let them cool before serve. - serve with ketchup or mustard
Crepe is very thin pancake. the batter is more heavy texture but thinner then original a pancake. the melted butter, egg & milk are making these sweet dessert so delicious yummy. if you are a savory lover, replace the filling with spinach, ricotta cheese, grill chicken or shredded grill chicken with cheese. Ingredients: * 2 cups all purpose flour * 2 cups whole milk * 8 tsp melted butter * 1/2 tsp salt * 1 tsp sugar * 4 eggs filling: chocolate nutella banana strawberries jam garnish- confection sugar Instructions: - in a bowl. add flour, milk, melted butter, salt, sugar and eggs. - use a hand mixture or whisk. combine all the ingredient until nicely batter with out lump. - then place the batter over the freeze for at least 2 hours before cooked - cooked Crepe, in a medium crepe pan, glaze with butter or oil in the pan. then pour about 1/4 cup batter. cook both side until little brown. repeat to all batter until finished. - how to filling crepes. take one crepe. spread chocolate nutella on the crepes. then add slices banana or strawberries. fold a haft and then fold another haft crepe again - garnish with confection sugar. serve -

my lovely kids and their friends created this master piece of chocolate doughnuts. the looks may not please your tummy but believe me it's delicious and so easy to make.
Ingredients: - 1/2 cup flour - 1/4 cup sugar - 1 tsp baking powder - 1/4 tsp salt - 1/2 cup milk - 1 eggs - 2 tsp vegetable oil - 1/4 cup chocolate spread frosting: 3 cups confection sugar 1/3 cup shortening 4 tablespoon milk food colors
Instructions: - a place all the ingredients in a medium bowl, wish about 5 minutes until the batter incorporated. set a side - Heat a doughnut machines, and brush with oil all around to avoid from sticking. - pour the batter over the doughnut machine until the top. repeat for all. closed the machine until the doughnut ready ( fallow the machine instruction ) - once the doughnut batter is cooked. remove them and repeat to all the batter until finished . - decorated doughnuts with your favorite frosting and topping.
Breakfast made with Burrito " Mexican bread-Tortillas ", full of proteins from the egg & salami. it gives you energize all day for busy work at home or outside. if you have left over a grill chicken or beef just add to your Burrito wrapped. i am sure taste even more delicious .
Ingredients:
- 4 extra large whole eggs
- 4 soft flour Tortillas
- 1/4 cup shredded Mexican cheese

- Heat non-stick pan with oil.
- whisk eggs in a bowl, then pour them over the non-stick pan. scrambling around until egg cook tenderly and soft. transfer to a plate and let a side
- cook beefs salami in non stick pan with no oil for both side. set a side
- heat Tortillas in the same non-stick pan until little toast for a both side.
- take one tortillas, add cooked egg, salami and shredded cheese over the tortillas. wrapped it like a cigar. cut in haft. so yummy ! i can eat these " Burito" for lunch or dinner . I am good!.
The signature dipping sauce at " our house". the kids are enjoying the sauce with any potato chip from the bag to homemade fries. It is so easy in 2 minutes prepared as long as you have ingredients on hand. Don't be scare to experienced a new ingredient, switch them from spicy to sweet sauce by put a honey instead Chipotle sauce or add some herb will give more aromatic flavor. this inspiring idea came from my daughter who love her ranch dipping sauce with her potato chip. i didn't have that night at home so the reason we made this dipping sauce together. not so bad she said, i like it " MOmmy" . I have used Yogurt sauce for chicken sandwich, dipping, or burger. Ingredients: * 6 oz plain yogurt * 2 tsp chipotle adobo sauce * 1/2 tsp a good paprika * 1/2 tsp salt * 1/4 tsp black pepper Instructions: - in a bowl, just add all the ingredient together. stir it until spices combined together. - serve with your favorite chips, fries, vegetables or burger.
- heat the pita bread over stove top fire for 1 minutes. flit the pita back and forth. i like the bread taste some a toast or bit a burn flavor. you can skip this step if you don't like .
- pour 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce at pita bread. sprinkler
shredded mozzarella cheese. set aside
- 2 Ricotta pita pizza, take a small spoonful ricotta cheese. place around the pita pizza
and the center with ricotta cheese too. sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese. you can sprinkle with oregano or basil leaves before bake. i don't have oregano or basil so without they are so delicious as is.
1. bring coconut milk, daun pandan and sugar to a boil for 2 minutes. cook until sugar dissolve. then set a side until to cool down
2. in a bowl, combine tapioca starch, green bean flour, salt and add the coconut milk together. whisk until no lump. - divide the mixture into 2 or 3 color. drop a few drop green color paste in one mixture, half of mixture is white and small amount of red mixture until end. - heat your steamer. - use a deep non-stick pan, grease with oil all around. place the pan in the steamer. drop small amount of green mixture. cook until firmly. repeat to all layer until done. - each layer should be grease with oil to avoid not to stick - cool the tapioca cake for about 1 hour before serve. - cut tapioca cake, grease knife with oil in order to cut layer cake - enjoy your sweet and sticky tapioca layer cake (lapis sagu)
- now preparing cookies dough, in a food processor or mixer add flour, oatmeal, raisin, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, egg and butter. combine all the ingredient until little firm but still sticky
- line baking sheet with wax paper, use ice cream scoop. drop a small spoonful over the baking sheet. then gently flatten cookies dough.repeat all the dough until finish.
- bake them in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes
** My lovely kids were making their favorite goodies in the kitchen " RICE KRISPIES TREAT". it's so simple and easy activity for your and kids in the kitchen but little help with me cooking the mash mellow in the stove but the rest they can do their own .
Ingredients: 2 1/2 cup plain rice krispies 2 tsp butter 1/3 cup chocolate 1/4 cup candy sprinkles 15 marshmallow Instructions: - place rice krispies and candy in a medium bowl, then set aside - place a saucepan in the stove top, put butter and marshmallow. stir it for 5 minutes until you don't see marshmallow - pour the hot melt marshmallow over the rice krispies and candy sprinkles. stir quick so all rice krispies glue with melted marshmallow. transfer it into square shape baking pan. flat it out shape into square. set a side - melt chocolate in microwave for about 2 minutes. then pour over the top rice krispies. let it cool in the freeze for 20 minutes. - cut rice krispies any size of your kid like. it's good for school snack, birthday party gift for your kids - enjoy eating.
Ingredients: * 5 red medium potatoes * 2 tsp fresh or dried Rosemary ( crumble ) * 3 gloves garlic ( chopped ) * 1 tsp salt * 1/2 tsp pepper * 1/4 cup virgin olive oil Instructions: - heat the oven to 350 degree - wash potatoes in cold water, cut in small bite size. set a side - preparing for dressing, in a medium bowl. combine dried Rosemary, chopped garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil. set a side - in a baking sheet. place sizes potatoes and pour the dressing over the potatoes in the baking sheet. mix well with your hand. make sure all potatoes have oil. - place it in the oven. cook for about 25 minutes until tender. check time after time - once it cooks remove them from the baking sheet and serve with bread, salad, rice or soup. - enjoy rosemary potatoes.

Ingredients: - 2 bowl fine semolina - 1 tsp salt - 2 tsp baking powder - 2 1/2 bowls warm water - 1 tsp sugar sauce: - butter - Honey Instructions: - use a blender, put all the ingredients into the blender or a mixing bowl. - blend them for about 5 minutes until to form lots of bubble in the batter - pour the batter in a medium bowl, stir with a ladle before cooking - preheat a non stick pan in very hot temperature - pour quantity of crepe batter into the pan. wait few minutes until all around the crepe make lots of hole. repeat to all batter until done - serve hot with melted butter and honey over the Baghrir ( crepes )
Kefta Mkaouara is famous dish in morocco with tomato sauce. Since I am not a big fan of tomato so i used only 1 tomato. you can use any ground meat as you like.

Ingredients:
* 1/2 lb ground beef
* 3 eggs
* 1 onion - chopped very small
* 1 tomato - chopped
* 1/4 cup olive oil
* 3 gloves garlic - chopped
* 1/2 tsp cumin
* 1/4 tsp paprika
* 1 tsp salt
* 1 pepper
* 1/2 tsp ginger powder
* 1/2 tsp turmeric
* 1 cup cilantro and parsley - chopped very small
* water
Method
- in Tagine clay or use cooking pot, cook chopped onion and garlic with olive oil until soft and caramelize. then add chopped tomato and some cilantro parsley.
- mean while, preparing meat balls, in a medium bowl. place ground beef with cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, ginger powder, turmeric and chopped remaining parsley cilantro
- combine beef ball with spices very well, then make a small a beef ball. repeat for all
- drop beef balls in the tagine mix onion. add little water, cook for few minutes until tender then drop eggs over the kefta. cover the tagine and cook for another 3-5 minutes.

* 1 cup semolina
* 1/4 tsp yeast
* 1 3/4 cup water - or little less
* salt

* 3/4 cup vegetable oil
* 1/2 cup soften Butter
* 1 cup semolina flour
serve with honey and butter
Directions:
* In a bowl, place a yeast with 1 tsp water then let yeast to rest 5 minutes to form bubbling
* Mix the dry ingredients in another bowl with add some water little by little, then mix together with yeast. add more water if necessary.
* make the dough not too sticky but easy to knead with your hand.
* Knead the msemen dough in a bowl or cutting wood with four surface for about 10-15 minutes or transfer dough to stand mixer for 5 minutes until a dough become smooth and elastic
* Make the dough into a small ball, the size of small apple or plum, use oil on your hand to avoid sticky
* make as much as small balls, then cover with towel or fabric let them rest 15 - 20 minutes
How to folding the Meloui
* use a big flat plate or work on wide open wood area and grease with oil to
avoid from stick
* Mix ingredients for folding meloui except semolina, soften butter and vegetable oil mix together in a small bowl
* take a ball of dough, then flat it out into a large rectangle shape with oil on your hand and surface
* grease with some mix oil and butter on the flat dough, then sprinkle a little semolina flour
* fold the dough like you fold a letter both a side. stretch the dough in the cutting board. pitch with your finger.then roll from down to up until end. flat it out shape like circle.
* heat a flat pan with no oil, cook Meloui until golden brown for both side. repeat for all
in a medium bowl place a ground lamb and spices in. mix well with your hand. let it rest for a few minutes in the refrigerator.
meanwhile, toast the bread in the oven or stop pan for both side until little crispy. then set a side
take the ground lamb, shape a round with your hand like making a burger. grill for a few minutes for both side.then, place a cook lamb burger over the bread, sprinkle
Sushi is a Japanese food made from rice and seaweed. those are the main ingredients in making sushi. Today menu " sushi" is neither Indonesia, morocco or american food but Asian cuisine especially Japanese and Korean.
my daughter, cousin and her friend asked me to teach them how to make sushi.
i used a cooked salmon, egg and veggies because the kids do not like eating raw seafood.
look fancy dish but they are cheap, healthy, fun to eat and most of all DELICIOUS food
you can put anything for the filling be creative to your dish as well as taste

Ingredients:
- 3 cup cooked rice
-sushi vinegar ( if you don't have use a white vinegar )
- 1 zucchini ( cut strip )
- 1 cucumber { strip )
- 1 cooked egg ( cut strip )
-1 cup cooked salmon ( teriyaki flavor )
- rice season - ebi umami ( you can replace with sesame seeds )
- bamboo mat for roll the sushi
dressing: ell sauce, soy sauce, wasabi
directions:
in a bowl, place a cooked rice and sushi vinegar. mix them well so incorporate the rice.
place a seaweed in the top sushi mat. take a hand full of rice. spread around the seaweed. then put a cooked salmon in the top of seaweed fallow with zucchini, cucumber and egg.
start rolling. roll from the bottom until to the top, press gentle. cut in a bite size.
