Cinnamon Roll w/ raisin

  ---- enough for whole family dessert ( very delicious should try to make it ) ----
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 tsp dry yeast
  • 1 1/4 cup warm milk
  • 1/2 cup granulate sugar
  • 1/3 cup margarine
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 1/2 cup flours
 Filling :  3/4 cup brown sugar  ,  2 1/2 tsp cinnamon,  1/3 cup margarine ( room temperature )
Icing : 6 tsp margarine ( room temperature ), 1 cup powder sugar, 1 1/2 tablespoon cream cheese, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, pitch of salt
     
Direction:
  1. for the dough- disolve the yeast w/3 4 tsp of warm water in the bowl and let it for 5 minutes
  2. If you have mixer , combine flour, sugar, butter, salt, eggs, warm milk,and yeast  
  3. use a mixer machine for about 10 -15 minutes 
  4. after all mix then let dough rest for over night
  5. BUT IF YOU DON'T HAVE A MACHINE - USE YOUR HAND. KNEAD THE DOUGH FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES - let rise for overnight
  6. Roll the dough out in the wood surface shape like rectangle or 21 inches long 
  7. if the dough too sticky , use extra flour but not TOO MUCH
  8. preheat the oven 400 degree
  9. mix the filling in the bowl  
  10. spread the dough w/ soft butter , then the mixing filling
  11. work carefully when you roll the dough until around
  12. cut about 2 or 3 finger long
  13. then bake then in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes
