Squid w/ Black bean sauce & green chili


Ingredients:

* 1 lb squid 
* 1 cm ginger root - slices
* 4 tsp black bean sauce
* 2 tsp sugar
* 4 long green chilli - thick slices 
* 1/2 tsp pepper
* 1/4 tsp salt 
* oil for frying

Method:
* fry the squid until brown then let aside
* mean while , in cooking pan fry w/ oil the ginger, black bean, green chilli, sugar, pepper, salt for few minutes
* drop fry squid to the sauce pan, then cook for another 20 minutes
