Moroccan Perserved Lemon


Ingredients:
  • 4 lemon
  • jar ( for storage )
  • salt 
  • hot water
A- Cut the lemon to 4 sizes


D - sprinkle w/ a lot of salt
B - Soak the lemon w/ hot water for
 few minutes until opened



Direction:
* cut the lemons into 4 sizes
* soak w/ very hot water in 3-4 minutes until they are   opened
* once you soak w/hot water then drain the water out
* sprinkle w/ a lot of salt
* then ready to store in the jar for 4-5 weeks
