Moroccan Lamb chop

  
---- 2 lb meat ( 4 people ) ----
Ingredients:
* 2 lb shoulder chop lamb
* 1 onion - chopped small 
* 1/4 cup olive oil
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 1/2 tsp ginger powder
* 1/2 paprika
* 1 tsp salt
* 1/2 tsp pepper
* 1/4 tsp turmeric

Instructions:
1. marinated lamb chop w/ chopped onion, olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, turmeric
2. leave in the freeze for 2 hrs before grill or oven bake
3. cook for 20 minutes or more
