Fresh tilapia w/ thyme sauce


cook fish w/ thyme & olive oil
Ingredients:
* 2 whole fresh tilapia - ( no frozen fish )
* 2 tsp olive oil
* 2 tsp butter 
* 6 sticks thyme
* 1 cup heavy cream
* 1/4 tsp pepper 
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 1/2 tsp chopped thyme
* 2 garlic glove - chopped small
* hand full green beans - boil until tender 

Instructions: 

1. fillet fish for both side , wash & sprinkle w/ salt, pepper
2. heat cooking pan w/ olive oil & stick of thyme then fry fish both side until crispy & brown
3. take fish & thyme out and let aside
4. using same pan, drop chop garlic, butter,  pepper, salt and chopped thyme for 1-2 minutes
5. pour cream over the pan cooking for 3 minutes 
6. place cream in the plate + place cooked green bean + then fish - garnish w/ cook thyme
