Morracan Bread " Khobz"


Ingredients:                                                                

* 1 tsp yeast
* 3 cup flours
* 1 cup semolina
* 2 tsp salt
* 2 tsp sugar
* 2 tsp oil
* 1 3/4 cup water
* additional semolina/flour for dusting if it's sticky
                                
Instructions:
   - mix flour, semolina, salt, oil, water & yeast in the bowl
   - if you use an electricity mixer, mix the dough for 10-15 minutes ( if not knead the dough w/ your
     hand for 20 minutes until elastic and rise a bit
   - once you done kneading the dough / or mix at electricity mixer transfer to bowl, cover w/ fabric or         
     small towel for 1 hr until double the size.
   - prepare 2 baking sheet and dust w/ semolina let it aside for few minutes
   - make 4 small balls from the dough, then flat it out ( look pictures below for shape )           
   - once you done flat the dough, transfer the bread to fabric/ small tower to avoid not sticking
   - it takes 45 minutes to get the dough rise again , then bake them w/ baking sheet until golden
     brown




let dough rest for 1 hrs
cover w/ fabric in order to
double its size
after few hours ready to bake
