Sweet roast quail


Ingredients:

* 3 fresh quails
* 4 tsp sweet soy sauce ( if you don’t have , substituted w/palm sugar &
    Soy sauce)
* 2 tsp coriander seeds
* ½ tsp salt
* ¼ pepper
* 1 glove grated garlic
* 1 grated shallot
* 2 tsp coconut milk
* 2 tsp canola oil

Instructions:
- mix quails in the bowl w/ sweet soy sauce, coriander seeds, salt, pepper, garlic, shallot, coconut milk for 1-3 hrs
- heat the oven to 400 f , bake the marinated quails for 1 hrs
- check every 15 minutes & brush the bird from extra sauce and oil.
