Koufa Fish w/ rice ( Moroccan dish )


mix the ingredient and shape into a ball

   *** ( 3 or 4 people ) ***
    Ingredients:
* 700 ground whiting fish or you can use ground salmon
*1 cup cook rice
*1 tsp parsley
*1 tsp cilantro
*1/2 tsp salt
*1/2 tsp cumin
*1/2 tsp paprika
*3 gloves garlic
*2 tsp fresh lemon juice
*pinch of saffron
*green paprika ( for garnish )
    ( making the tomato sauce )
    *1 lb fresh tomato 
    *1/4 cup oil
    *1/2 tsp salt
    *1/2 tsp pepper
    *1/2 tsp cumin
    *4 gloves garlic
    *1tsp parsley
    *1 tsp cilantro
    *1 cup water
      step A:
      - Mix all the ingredients in the bowl with ground fish, rice, parsley, cilantro,salt, cumin, garlic, lemon juice and then shape into a small fish ball with your hand then set a side 
      - If you have moroccan tagine : cut the tomato into small pieces then  saute the garlic and tomato w/oil for about 5 minutes until  they camelise in the tagine 
      - Trow the salt, pepper, cumin, parsley, cilantro and add water in the tagine for another few minutes
      - trow the fish balls at the tagine w/ sprinkle of saffron and green paprika for garnish
      - Let its cook for another 10 minutes and serve with bread

      *** if you don't have moroccan tangine, just use any cooking pan w/ same process ***
