Moroccan Lamb shank



Ingredients:

* 2 legs lamb shank
* 1 big onion
* 3 garlic
* 1 tsp paprika
* 1/2 tsp cumin
* 1 tsp ginger powder
* 2 cardamon
* 2 bowl water
* 1 tsp salt
* 1/2 tsp pepper
* 1/4 cup olive oil

Method:

* Brown lamb shank in pressure cooker or dutch oven ( slow cook ) pan for both side and take it out
* mean while chopped onion, garlic, 
* then transfer onion & garlic to pressure cooker or pan cook w/ olive oil for 1-2 minutes
* Trow the lamb shank to pan , add paprika, cumin, ginger powder, cardamon, pepper, salt and water
* cook until sauce thicker and tender
