**** ( 3 - 4 people ) ***
Ingredients:
- 1-2 fish ( red snapple, butter fish, tuna (bonito), any kind you like) - cut them in half
- 1/2 Onion
- 3 cm galanga
- 1 tsp belacan
- 1 tsp tamaric ( powder or fresh )
- 1/4 tsp ajinomoto ( option )
- 2 glove garlic
- 2 tsp salt
- 7 chilli
- 1/2 cup thick tamarin liquid
- 2 1/2 bowl water
A- Boil a water w/ 2 bowl water
B - blend onion, galanga, tumaric, garlic, chilly
C - once the water boiling, pour the B, add belacan, ajinomoto, salt tamarin liquid in the pot for 10 minutes
D- then drop the fish w/ C for another 15 minutes .
and serve w/jasmin rice .
