Ingredients:
* 2 cup cavatappi pasta
* 3 glove garlic - chopped finely
* 1/4 tsp pepper
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 1 organic egg
* 1/4 tsp dried oregano
* 1/4 cup olive oil
* 1/2 cup frozen veggies
instruction:
- bring water to boil w/ salt & oil - cook pasta for 10 minutes and drain the liquid
- use a cooking pan, saute chopped garlic w/ olive oil, oregano, salt & pepper
- pour the cooked pasta w/ garlic sauce , then crack the egg to the pasta and veggies together until tender for 5 minutes
