---- enough for whole family dessert ( very delicious should try to make it ) ----
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 tsp dry yeast
- 1 1/4 cup warm milk
- 1/2 cup granulate sugar
- 1/3 cup margarine
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 4 1/2 cup flours
Filling : 3/4 cup brown sugar , 2 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/3 cup margarine ( room temperature )
Icing : 6 tsp margarine ( room temperature ), 1 cup powder sugar, 1 1/2 tablespoon cream cheese, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, pitch of salt
Direction:
- for the dough- disolve the yeast w/3 4 tsp of warm water in the bowl and let it for 5 minutes
- If you have mixer , combine flour, sugar, butter, salt, eggs, warm milk,and yeast
- use a mixer machine for about 10 -15 minutes
- after all mix then let dough rest for over night
- BUT IF YOU DON'T HAVE A MACHINE - USE YOUR HAND. KNEAD THE DOUGH FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES - let rise for overnight
- Roll the dough out in the wood surface shape like rectangle or 21 inches long
- if the dough too sticky , use extra flour but not TOO MUCH
- preheat the oven 400 degree
- mix the filling in the bowl
- spread the dough w/ soft butter , then the mixing filling
- work carefully when you roll the dough until around
- cut about 2 or 3 finger long
- then bake then in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes
