Bubur ayam ( chicken porridge )


--- indonesian appertizer ( for 6 or more people ) ----

 Ingredients:
* 400 gr rice ( jasmin rice )
* 1 whole chicken - cut into 6 pieces
* 5 big bowl water
* 5 cm ginger - cut slices
* 2 lemon grass
* 5 tsp sesame oil
* 4 tsp salt - or more depend on your taste
* 2 sticks celery - dice into small - leaf the leave for garnish

for garnish - celery leaf, friend onion, salty say sauce, sambal olek

Method:
- use a big pot , boiling the chicken w/ 3 bowl of water for 1/2 half hour
- take chicken out from pot and ready to fry until golden brown and until a bit crispy
- once chicken cook and cool, shredded the chicken and let aside until ready to serve w/porridge
- leave the boiling water and add 2 bowl water to the pot
- wash rice, then pour into boiling stock  w/ lemon grass, celery sticks, slices ginger for 1 hour or less
- check pot once a while to stir about every 5 minutes
- once porridge cook serve w/ shredded chicken, celery leave, friend onion, dash of soy sauce and sambal
