Cavatappi pasta w/ spinach

Ingredients:
* 1 lb cavatappi pasta
* 1 jar spaghetti sauce
* 1 box frozen spinach - cut into small
* 1/2 medium onion - chopped small pieces
* 3 glove garlic - chopped into pieces
* 2 carrots - dice in small pieces
* 1 tsp salt
* 3 tablespoon olive oil
* 3 tsp parmesan cheese

Direction:

  1. cook the pasta in large pot for 9 - 10 minutes add 1 tsp salt& 2 tsp oil
  2. when the pasta become tender drain the liquid and let aside 
  3. starting cooking the sauce - in large skillet saute the onion, carrots, garlic, for 3 minutes
  4. then add the spinach and stir for another 3 minutes 
  5. add a jar tomato sauce w/ salt - 4 - 5 minutes
  6. pour the cavatappi pasta into tomato sauce until together 
  7. serve w/ parmesan cheese for garnish
