Moroccan lemon chicken w/ potato

Moroccan chicken w/ potato

Ingredients:

* 1 Chicken
* 2 big onion - grated
* 3 gloves garlic - grated
* 2-3 potato - cut 4 size
* 1 tsp cilantro - chopped 
* 1 tsp parsley - chopped
* ½ tsp pepper
* ½ tsp tumaric
* 1 tsp ginger powder
*1 preserved lemon
* ¼ cup olive oil
* 1 bowl water

Method:

* Wash chicken w/ salt & fresh lemon and strain
* in pan , mix chopped onion, garlic, cilantro, parsley, pepper, tumaric, ginger powder, inside lemon ( not skin- leave skin for later ), olive oil & water
* cook for 1 hr , check chicken and stir for both side every 10-20 minutes
* after 40 minutes put lemon skin & potato, then cook another 10 minutes
* Remove chicken and bake in oven until golden brown
* then put chicken back to sauce pan & keep cooking until sauce thicker

mix spice w/ chicken 
bake in oven 

take chicken out & add potato
& lemon skin

when chicken turn brown in oven
put it back to sauce pan
then cook until sauce thicker
