creamy and sweat pudding
---- ( dessert for 2 people ) ----
Ingredients:
* 1/2 cup pudding rice ( I used jasmin rice or any short grain )
* 1 cup whole milk
* 1 bowl water
* 1/2 cup condense milk
* 1 stick cinnamon
* 1 pk vanilla sugar
* 1/4 tsp salt
* 1 tsp butter
* 1 tsp cinnamon powder - just for decoration
Direction:
- wash pudding rice
- cook rice w/ 1 bowl water in the cooking pot w/ cinnamon stick, condense milk, vanilla sugar, butter, salt, whole milk cooking for 45 minutes - 1 hrs
- keep stir the pudding once a while until rice thicker
- after 15 minutes drop raisins to the rice and keep cooking for another 30 minutes
- let it cool before serve and sprinker w/ cinnamon powder
