Fish sandwich w/ herb

healthy choice w/ grain bread

Ingredients: 
* 4 fillet fish ( any white fish is fine ) - I used frozen fillet much cheaper 
* 1/2 cup flour
* 1 tsp salt
* 1/2 tsp white pepper
* 1/4 cup parsley - chopped thinly 
* 1/4 tsp cumin
* 1/4 tsp paprika
* 2 eggs
* 4 tsp mayonnaise ( used for sauce )
* grain bun, tomato & lettuce for sandwich

Instructions:
- marinated fish w/ salt and pepper for 5 minutes 
- mix flour, salt, pepper, cumin, paprika and chopped parsley in container 
- crack 2 eggs in the plate for wash fish w/flour
- once fish been marinated for 5 minutes, wash fish w/egg and flour for 2 times
- heat oil in the pan , then fry fish until brown for both side
- on the bun, spread w/ mayonnaise just one side only
- place lettuce, slice tomato then fish on the bun
