Nasi goreng ayam ( chicken fried rice )



 Ingredients:

* 3 cup cooked rice
* 1 1/2 cup fry shredded chicken
* 2 gloves garlic - grated
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 2 eggs
* 2 long chilli - green & red ( any chilli you have is fine ) - cut & slices
* 1 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
* 2 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
* Belacan ( shrimp paste ) - if you can't find it's okey just cook w/out it
* 4 tablespoon oil

Garnish:
* 1 cucumber
* 1 tomato
* 1 egg
* fried onion
* fish cracker


Method:
* fry the chicken then shredded - let aside
* use 1 egg , make scramble for rice - let aside ( another 1 egg for garnish )
* in cooking pan ( wok ) - heat oil , add grated garlic, chilli for 2-3 minutes
* add cooked rice, salt, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, belacan, shredded chicken & scramble egg
* stir the rice until mix together for 5 minutes
* fry 1 egg for garnish and slice ( look picture above )
* to serve : place the fried rice on plate and garnish w/ slice cucumber, tomato, sprinkle fried onion & fried egg , fish cracker
