Ayam Bacam


Ingredients:  A

* 6 pieces chicken ( leg & thigh)
* 350 ml coconut milk
* 50 gr brown sugar
* 3 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
* 2 eye balls tamarin
* 2 cm galanga 

Ingredients B - Need to blend:
- 5 shallots
- 2 tsp coriander seed
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper

Garnish: tomato, lettuce, and sambal ( shrimp paste )
mix all ingredients in pot with chicken

Instructions:
- Blend ingredient B in food processor until smooth.
- pour the B with chicken and Ingredient A in pot
- Boil with low heat and keep stirring until spice and chicken together
- take chicken out and fry with enough oil until brown
- garnish with tomato, lettuce & shrimp paste
