Ingredients:
* 1 bunch spinach
* 8-10 quail eggs
* 2 shallots
* 3 garlic
* 1/4 white pepper
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 1/4 tsp chicken bouillon
* oil
Instructions:
* Boil eggs until well done- take shells out
* Meantime, wash spinach and make sure no sand on the leaves
* slices the shallot and garlic very thin.
* then heat pan with oil, saute the slices shallot and garlic for about 2-3 minutes
* trow the spinach, add, white pepper, salt, chicken bouillon and quail eggs.
* stir for about 4 minutes until spinach becomes soft and spices mix together
