let the dough rest |
ready to make pizza....flat it out in pizza sheet ** if you want thin crust , use fork all over the pizza dough** |
Ingredients:
A: 1 tablespoon yeast
1 1/4 cup warm water
1 tsp salt
1 cup flour
B: 3 cup flour
3/4 cup cold water
3 tablespoon olive oil
Method:
- Mix ingredients A very things in bowl, and let rest for 20 minutes until yeast gets little bubble
- after A rest for at least 20 minutes then combine all ingredients B.
- try work with your hand until no lump in flour, the dough is little wet and sticky but it's ok.
- Let the dough rest for 2-3 hours, cover with wet fabric and store in warm room
- after 2-3 hours dough rest, use your hand hit the dough to get air out
- then let rest for another 1 hour
- now ready to make pizza ,,,,use your favorite pizza sauce and topping
