Ikan pepes tomat


Ingredients:
* 1 fish 
* 3 shallot
* 2 gloves garlic
* 1 cm ginger 
* 1/2 tsp turmeric
* 1 long red chilli 
* 2 candle nuts
* 1 small tomato
* 1/4 tsp pepper
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 1-2 lemongrass
* 1 bay leaf
* banana leaf

Instructions:
- Put shallot, garlic, ginger, turmeric, chilli, tomato, pepper, salt, candle nut in food processor. let blend until smooth paste
- meantime , wash banana leaf . then place the fish in the middle , pour the paste all over fish and garnish with lemongrass, bay leaf, and slice tomato
- close fish with banana leaf and put in the oven until cook
