Nasi goreng Salmon ( salmon fried rice )

a full of protein & quick, simple dish

Ingredients:
- a bowl of cooked rice
- 1 1/2 tablespoon salty soy sauce
- 1 tsp sweet soy sauce
- 1/4 powder shrimp paste
- 1/2 tsp sambel olek ( chilli sauce )
- 1/4 cup shredded salmon
- canola oil
- cabbage

Garnish
- 1 egg - fried
- fried onion
- fried fish cracker


Method:
- Heat oil in pan  , cook the shredded salmon w/ pitch of salt for 2-3 minutes. let a side
- pour a rice in the same pan 
- add salty soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, shrimp paste, sambel olek, cabbage and shredded salmon . keep stirring until all ingredient mix together
- Fried egg & cracker let aside until you serve rice 
- Eat fried rice w/ shredded egg, sprinkle friend onion & crumble fish cracker
