Ingredients:
* 2 lb thighs and legs
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 1 tsp salt
* 1/2 tsp pepper
* 1/4 tsp paprika
* 3 eggs
* 1 1/2 cup flour
* oil
Method:
- wash chicken with cold water for moise meat
- in big bowl combine chicken thighs and legs with garlic powder, salt, pepper let them marinate in refrigerator for 3-4 hours or over night
- in another bowl mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika. dredge the pieces in the flour mixture a few a time
- Beat eggs and dip chicken to the egg beater until combine and back again to flour mixture dip to the flour again for last.
- Heat oil in medium, use deep fryer and enough oil. test oil with little flour to the oil when it gets hot drop some pieces few a time until golden brown
- repeat frying until done....make sure the oil not too hot otherwise chicken will not cook inside but burn outside.
