****Easy and Lazy lunch with full of protein & veggies****
Ingredients:
* 1 can Moroccan Sardines skinless and boneless ( or any boneless sardines )
* 2 buns whole grain
* 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
* salt & pepper
* 2 tablespoon mango
* 1 shallot
* 2 tables shredded cabbage
* lemon juice
Method :
* prepared salad. in mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage, chopped shallot, chopped mango with pitch salt, pepper and spash lemon juice
* spread mayonnaise on the bun + can sardinese + then salad.
