Ingredients:
* 3-4 fillet fishs ( flounder, tilapia, any white fish fillet )
* 1 cup flour
* 2 tsp maizena
* 1/4 tsp paprika
* 1/2 tsp pepper
* 1 tsp salt
* 2 large eggs
Method:
- Marinate fish with salt and pepper for 10-20 minutes. and after marinates let fish dry with paper towel before dipping the batter
- Mix the ingredients, flour, maizena, paprika, pepper, and salt and let aside
- Beat 2 large eggs in plate or wide bowl and let aside
- take fish fillet one a time dip it with flour mixture, + and dip to egg bitter, then dip again to flour mixture
- Heat oil in frying pan with enough oil, then drop few batter fish to the oil when oil start sizzling.
- fry the batter fish until both side golden brown
- Eat with mayonnaise or your favorite sauce
