Sup kepiting ( crab soup )



Ingredients:
* 14 oz crab meat ( any crab mean or imitation crab meat is fine )
* 2 shallot
* 3 gloves garlic
* 2 medium carrots- cut bite size
* 3 celery stick - cut bite size
* some Chinese celery leaves
* 3 bowl crab stock / water 
* 1 tsp salt
* 1/4 tsp white pepper
* msg ( option )
* tomato - cut bite size
* scallion - cut long size
* oil

step 1:
- Blend onion, garlic until soft. 
- Heat oil in the pot and pour blend spice until caramelize for about 2 minutes
- add some salt, pepper then crab stock or water
- keep cooking then add chop carrot, celery stick, crab meat for 5-10 minutes
- add tomato, scallion, and Chinese celery leaves cook for 1-2 minutes
