Instructions: - Boiling some water with the eggs until egg very cook well. then remove the shells from the eggs. - Meanwhile, clean potatoes and remove the skin off, cut pieces - In food processor, blend long chilli & onion until soft - Heat the pan with some oil, then start fry chilli paste with onion for 2-3minutes - add kaffir lime leaves, sugar, salt & potato for another 2 -3 minutes - then add eggs & potatoes to the sauce, stir well until spices mix together
