Telur & kentang Belado ( egg & potato w/ chilli sauce )

Ingredients:
* 8 - 10 small eggs
* 3-4 long red chilli
* 3 medium potato
* 1 1/2 tsp salt
* 1/2 tsp pepper
* 1/2 tsp sugar
* 4-5 kaffir lime leaves
* oil
chilli, onion, kaffir lime leaves, salt, pepper

fry boiling eggs, fry potatoes

Instructions:
- Boiling some water with the eggs until egg very cook well. then remove the shells from the eggs.
- Meanwhile, clean potatoes and remove the skin off, cut pieces
- In food processor, blend long chilli & onion until soft
- Heat the pan with some oil, then start fry chilli paste with onion for 2-3minutes
- add kaffir lime leaves, sugar, salt & potato for another 2 -3 minutes
- then add eggs & potatoes to the sauce, stir well until spices mix together

*** this sauce you can do with chicken, fish or beef  ***
