Putri mandi


Ingredients:

A: coconut filling 
   - 2 cup shredded coconut
   - 150 gr plum sugar
   - 1/4 tsp salt
B: skin 
 - 3cups glutinous rice flour 
 - 2 tsp tapioca 
 - 2 1/2 tablespoon sugar
 - 300 ml water or less
C:Sauce
 - 300 ml coconut milk
 - 3 tablespoon sugar
 - 3 tsp rice flour
 - 2 tsp tapioca
 - pitch of salt

Instructions:
A: - combine all ingredients A in pan,
    - let the plum sugar and coconut mix together until turning brown about 5-6 minutes. let a side until it cool
B: - Combine all ingredients B in bowl. 
    - mix and work the dough with your hand 
      shape dough in small ball and fill inside with Ingredient A
    - Boil some water in small pot, and drop few balls at a time from Ingredients B in the boiling water. 
      when the balls float take them out. it done
C: Mix ingredients C in bowl until no lump, then transfer to cooking pan.
    - let cook in small heat and keep stir sauce until becomes thick turning color little brown
    - take some few balls in a plate and pour sauce over the coconut ball. 
   - can be serve cold or hot
