healthy & hearty soup in minutes |
Ingredients:
* 1 bowl lentils
* 1 onion
* 3 gloves garlic
* 1/2 tsp chili flakes
* 1 tsp paprika
* 1/2 tsp cumin
* 1 tsp salt
* 1/2 tsp pepper
* 1/4 cup tomato sauce
* 2 tsp parsley & cilantro
* 1 bowl chicken stock or water ( or more )
* 3 tsp olive oil
Method:
- use pressure cooker or pot, wash lentils and put it in the pressure cooker or pot
- chopped onion and garlic
- heat olive oil in the pot, drop the chopped onion, garlic, chili flake, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, tomato
sauce, parsley, cilantro until caramelize for at least 5 minutes
- then add clean lentils to the pot + chicken stock or water
- closed the pot and let cook until lentil tender .
- serve hot
mix all ingredient |
saute all ingredient w/ oil for 5 minutes |
