Crab curry indonesian style ( kuri kepiting )


Ingredients:
- 1/2 dozen crabs ( 6 crabs )
- 1 red long chilli
- 2 shallots
- 2 gloves garlic
- 1 cm ginger
- 1 cm galangal
- 1/2 tsp coriander seed
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cup coconut milk
- oil
- scallion

Instructions:
   step 1: 
- Boil crabs in big pot for 3-5 minutes
- take crabs out from the pot and open half shell - let a side

   step 2:
- Put garlic, shallot, galangal, ginger in food processor until smooth
- Heat oil in the pan and saute the ingredients for 3-4 minutes
- add salt, turmeric, pepper, salt and coconut milk for 1-2 minutes
- last add cook crabs. keep stir the crab so sauce and crab mix together . cook for 5-7 minutes
- garnish with chopped scallion .
