Mie goreng ( fried noodle )


Ingredients:
* 1 bag cooked noodle ( you can find in asian market, or subtitute spegetti )
* 1/2 lb shrimps
* 3 tablespoon vegetable/ canola oil
* 4 scallion
* 2 shallots - minced
* 2 gloves garlic - minced
* 2 tablespoon soysauce
* 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
* 1 tablespoon sweet soysauce
* 1/4 tsp white pepper
* 1 bowl bok choy ( chinese vegetables )
* 1 bowl beansprout
* 1 tomato

Instructions:
- Boil water in pot and cook noodle for 1-2 minutes , drain the liquid out and let aside
- Minced onion & garlic. Chopped bok choy, and scallion
- Heat an oil in the wok w/ oil, cook the shrimp for few minutes
- Then  saute minced onion, garlic about 1-2 minutes
- add cooked noodle half through , add the oyster sauce, soysauce, sweet soysauce, pepper, and salt.
  keep stir continuously until all sauce mix together
- last add the veggies : bok choys, beanprouts and scallions, then cook for 5 minutes
- garnish the fried noodle w/ a couple wedges tomato
