Moroccan sausage with pita bread



cut sausage into 3 pieces

 if you don't find moroccan sausages... substitute with any ground beef or lamb but add extra cumin & paprika  in the meat...
 :::;;; believe me ! you get the same delicious as moroccan sauages.

Ingredients:
* 1/2 lb Moroccan beef sausage
* 1 cup green pepper
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 1/4 tsp cumin
* 1/4 tsp pepper
* 3-4 tablespoon olive oil
* 1 cup water
* 2 pita bread

Sauce:
- 1 tablespoon plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- salt
- pepper
- cumin
- Pepper

Methods:
- Boil sausages  in a pan with 1 cup water until liquid reduce almost entry. take sausage out and let a side
- add 3-4 tablespoon olive oil in the same pan, then add slices green pepper, salt, pepper and cumin until pepper becomes very soft
- then add the cook sausage, stir with tong until spice, green pepper and sausage mix together
- take one pita bread, heat in stove with open fire until the bread little toast and soft
- place the sausage & pepper in the pita bread, then pour a couple spoon white sauce over the sandwich. fold in half and serve
