Tumis kembang kol & udang


Ingredients:
* 1/2 lb shrimps
* 600 gr cauliflower
* 3 gloves garlic
* 1 shallot
* 1 tsp salt
* 1/4 tsp white pepper
* 1 glass water
* 1/2 chicken bouillon
* oil

Methods:
- wash cauliflower and cut pieces for bite size
- clean shrimp with cold water and remove the skin off and devein 
- slices some garlic & shallot very thinly
- Heat the pan with cooking oil , drop slices garlic & shallot to the pan. stir  for 2 minutes 
- add chicken bouillon, cauliflower, salt, pepper, shrimp and water
- keep stirring until cauliflower and shrimp well cook for about 5-6 minutes
- serve with plain rice
