Moroccan roast lamb


Ingredients:
* 2 lamb shanks
* 1/2 tsp mix saffron
* 1/2 tsp pepper
* 3/4 tsp salt
* 2 tsp rosemary
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 1 bowl water
* 1/4 cup olive oil

pour the sauce and marinate 
lamb at least 30 minutes

brown both side the meat
add 1 bowl water and let cook in oven
for 2 hours

Methods:
- wash the lamb shanks.then combine mix saffron, pepper, salt, rosemary, garlic powder, and olive oil in small bowl
- pour sauce and rub all over the meat
- let marinate for about 30 minutes to 1 hour
- Heat stainless pan and put the lamb with mix sauce
- let brown for both side for about 7-10 minutes
- add water to the pan, then transfer the pan to stove  and let cooks for about 2 hours
- until water & sauce reduce . and meat almost falling apart. take it out and serve
