Scallion & shrimp Pancake


Ingredients:
* 1 cup flour
* 1 cup rice flour
* 2 eggs
* 1/2 tsp pepper
* 1 tsp salt
* 1/2 tsp paprika
* 5 tsp canola oil
* 1 1/4 cup water
* 10 shrimps
* 2 tablespoon sesame oil

* extra oil for frying

Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in the bowl and stir together for smooth batter. 
- Heat oil in the pan and pour slowly little bit batter
- cook for both side until brown about 4-5 minutes 
- serve with any dipping sauce on your taste .
