Moroccan Bake fish with peppers


 ** 2 people **

Ingredients:
* 1 fish ( 1 lb -2lb ) ( trout, red snapper, big white fish, or red mullet )
* 1/2 red pepper
* 1/2 green pepper
* 1 tsp salt
* 1/4 tsp cumin
* 1/4 tsp paprika
* 1/4 tsp ginger powder
* 1/2 tsp pepper
* 1/4 cup olive oil

Methods:
- clean fish well and cut the back from bottom to up almost butterfly but leave the bone still
- slices long strip peppers  and mix in the bowl
- together combine salt, cumin, paprika, ginger powder, pepper and olive oil
- place fish in baking sheet and aluminium foil.
- stuffed fish with mix peppers
- pour left over sauce to the fish and cover with aluminium foil
- bake in the oven for 30 minutes or more depend on your oven
- serve with bread
