Moroccan Carrots salad


Ingredients:
* 1 bag carrots
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 4 tsp olive oil
* 1/4 tsp cumin
* 1 tsp parsley & cilantro - chopped
* 1/4 tsp pepper

Methods:
- Wash carrots
- Peel and cut in  bit size , then boil in water for few minutes until tender
- Drain the liquid out and put in bowl , mix salt, pepper, olive oil, cumin, chopped parsley & cilantro
- you can serve hot or cold
