Martabak ayam


Ingredients:
* 1 lb ground chicken
* 4 gloves garlic
* 1 small onion
* 1 tsp salt
* 1/2 tsp pepper
* 1/2 tsp chicken bouillon (option)
* 12 eggs
* 10 scallion
* 25 egg rolls wrap
* fresh green chillies ( option )

Instructions:

  Step 1 - Blend onion & garlic in food processor until smooth.
            - Heat cooking pan with some oil and saute the onion & garlic paste          
              for 2-3 minutes
            - add the ground chicken, salt, pepper, & chicken bouillon cook for 
              another 5-6 minutes
            - Meantime chopped scallion very thin and mix together with beat 
              eggs

  Step 2 - take one sheet of egg roll wrap, put 1 tablespoon from "step 1" in 
              the middle
            - Brush egg roll wrap with little water all around, then start to fold 
              both side + down + up, exactly look a square shape
            - use around or wide flat pan, heat pan with enough oil
            - cook 2 or 3 martabak at a time until both side golden brown
            - eat with fresh green chilli or your favorite sauce
